Can't log on to LOTRO.

| Hello all,
Ever since the latest maintenance to LOTRO I have not been able to log on. I get to the point I can click on my character then I get an error message. Support is looking into it.
Isn't there a time period that items can sit in your mailbox before they are auto-deleted? I am afraid I will be losing all the stuff that I had in the auction that has expired and is sitting in my mailbox.
Dragsville, I am jonesing to play.
