| click profile right here under your post and you can edit it there to add a avatar xD it says something along the lines of...... upload avatar here 
to edit look at the bottom right of your post it says " quote - edit - delete" its simple just takes a bit to get used to

| I've looked at the profile thing before, and I can't find anything about changing my avatar. And there's no "Delete" thing on any of my posts. It just goes "Quote - Edit". And if I go into "Edit", there's no "Delete" thing. Holy confusing.

| I have to admit, I found the forum layout a bit confusing for the first few days. Dont be afraid to look around a bit lol. Have you tried "My Profile" at the top, just under the banner? This will open a pop-up window with all your info in it. Then on the right hand side there should be a "Edit User Details" option - clik then and fiddle around with whatever you need. The avatar panel is about half way down.
